Small Claims Filing Service

Pacific Recovery Services will file small claims suits for our clients when a delinquent account of $7,500 or more is assigned to us for collection. While the client is required to appear in small claims court, we assist in preparing the case.

While prevailing in court is necessary, only about 20% of judgment debtors are willing to pay a judgment without further action even if one is obtained. This is where our expertise comes in. After judgment, we contact the debtor and handle the collection.
